My dearest Visha Pisha me think I am not black. How are

why I write to you to day when I dont hear from you on sarturday. I do not know
how to spend my Sunday.
I am
tired already yet to day and it is only 1 30 p m I have cleaned up the
little Eastroom this morning and scrubbed the porch and backstepps I thaugth I
do thoose things while we got good weather I have tried my hardest to save my
flowers this winter from frezing but I dont know what is the matter they sure
look punkie I have trimmed and tryed to fix them this morning but I dont
think the[y] will amount to much when spring comes.
F.O. and
family came out last evening Anne had baked apple pie and she had one with her
to give us you ougth to see how buisy the children were Louis he got my butten
box and he had the buttens all over the floor and Shirley picked them upp and
stuck them in her mouth and came nearley chooking on one of the big onece. this
was the first time Annie and the kids been out since x mas so Annie said it
seemed good to get out onece more.
We got a
letter yesterday from a man in Buest Idaho he wants to bay [buy] Annies house
and I belive your Dad is going to seel it for $50 I dont know if he is foolish
or not but It seemes that everything we got is for sale and I dont know what it
means, F.O. said Annies house is a good house and that Pa will not get for it
what it is worth.
I have
done a big washing this week and yesterday I made two pair of garments for our
Dad out of floursacks and I am now making myself some chemise out of floursacks,
so you see that the nose bleed have not hurt me any. I am going to see Pehr
Wilhelm though one of these days see what he got to say. I could have lots of
things to say if I could talk to you but I can not trust it to this paper. I
would sure be glad if I could go to malad I wonder if that dress she have for
me will fit me. My black dress is now all in rags but I am glad I have my tan
one. how did you find the graduating pictures did the[y] get bent or broke in
the shipping.
Last
nigth I dreamed I was down to Vurtains [Wurstens] and as I looked down the
street to Darlings corner I saw a yellow bug car coming upp the street like the
one Wilberg just [used] to have and as it came closer I saw it was two persons
in it and one of them was you you had a very cute hat on your head and a brown
veil over your face the other person was a well dressed man but I did not knew
him I started to run to meet you but then I awoke.
Did you
wever wrote to Joe about the allotment theere has only come one $15 a mounth and
I have put that in the bank for him. I guess F.O. will now get his last
compensation check Feb 20. I got a pan full of bread dough to bake this
afternoon and if I am well I will Iron to morrow. Arthur got dressed upp this
morning in his Uniform and went to town he said him and three more boys were
leaving Logan at 1 45 for Fort Sill but for me not to tell Pa untill to morrow
I dont know now how true this is because he dont tell the truth never never. I
told Pa as soon as he was gone, Well honestly it is no use for me cry and
worrie but I pray to God to let His angels follow the way ward boy and proteckt
him from sin and danger he vont do any work just loaf loaf loaf every day and
nigth.
I will
close with Love
