Dearest Lovis
To day is the day of the week
I generally been writting to you and if you feel like I do if I get a letter
from you or any of my dear ones on sartuday I feel like Sunday go by quicker. It
is Vernas birthday to day she is 10 years old I am just ready to go to town and
bay [buy] her something for to give her her Mother is going to have a party for
her to day and I am invited. I hope you are both well. I dont feel very good it
have made me sick having to part with Elvira and then I got a cold.
I have
enclosed two clippings and I know you like to read them that is why I send them
to you I will not write more to day your dad is waiting he wants to go to town
before dinner so I will close and write again next Sunday
