Dear Babe I am in Logan P.O. 12 a m your Dad said this morning he go to town and it would give me time to write a letter to you but he said it was to cold for him to go and as we had important buisness to see to I had to go to town so I thaugth I send you a card and write a letter later I sent a letter to Grace just now that I wrote to her before day light so she will let you read it. I am on my way to see the new baby I have not seen him yet and so when I write I shall tell you what he looks like and a few other things I am always in Berkeley with my souls deepest thots.
