Mrs F. H. White My dear old Kid. It is 5
p m I been on the go ever since 6 15 a m It feels good to sit down, Your Dad
and F.O. came back from Bannock & Malad this morning at 8 30 a m your Dad
been laying down ever since the came back he was all tired out the loaded upp
the wagon yesterday by Annies house and left Arthur to come back with it if all
goes wll we are exspeckts him home next Tuesday.
I
feel sorry to hear that you are still having pain in your head you said you
write last Monday if you did I never got it I am angsious to hear if your ears
are worse or better. or else I dont exspeckt you to write to me every day. I
sure hope and pray that you are better now.
I
see you now live at 2618 Durant Ave, and see is not that somewhere around
Ivanhoe or how much am I misstaking?
you
have expressed yourself saying you have a thrill go through you every time you
see or anything from home. Well my dear dear ones I can asure you that it can
not beat the thrill of joy I get when I hear you are getting ready to go to
church tears comes to my eyes and I pray you will always have the desire to go
to church and to pray to Your Heavenly Father.

King told me last evening when she was here notifying me for to go to the
Temple next Thursday the heard from Vanetta and that she seen you I guess the
San Fransisco Missionaries was visiting the Oakland branch I guess you will
tell me all about it when you write.
I
bet the Berkeley people thinks when the see you pick fruit in their backyards
that Anna Nora have come to town, it is sure swell that you can have such nice
fruit it is sure well worth picking and to be taking care of, Ada sent down to
me a glass of blackberry jam and it is swell the pears here is not ripe yet.
We
have some very hot weather here when I scrub the kitchen floor it gets dry in
under my hands or when I am rinsing and before I get to wiping the floor it is
cool nights and heavy dew on the grass early in the mornings.
I
wonder how you are to day and what you are doing I hope wheere ever you are
that you are well & happy I recived your letter last Wednesday and I or we
are always glad to hear from you. FO & Annie always ask if we heard from
you or Joe and if I say yeas FO always asks wheere it’s the letters he dont
stop to ask if he can read them or not but sits down and reads every word and
then hands it to Annie.

says Grace & Gus was fine and the children to I guess it vont be long
before Grace will come down and bring Elvira the schools will open I think Sep
11. and I shall get Elvira ready to go to the Temple to be baptized she will be
8th Sept 4th.

Preston Maughn got his arm broke by
falling from a horse while riding always some thing.
