glad to hear you Lovis arived home and Ireene to and I hope it is true you are
O.K. and feeling very fine, It is not always tru that Not News is good News so
if I should write down every thot I have had since you left Logan it would be a
paper of two feet wide and a block long full of them.
Dear
Floyd you got nothing to thank me for I have done only a little of what is
nothing else but rigth for a parent to do I now only wish that we could have
faith in God sufficient so to recive the gift of health and strength through
the holy ordinance that is revealed for us to oby and to be blest by. My prayer
is to our Heavenly Father that Lovis as well as you and all my dearest of all
will be well so you and us all can be happy and enjoy life. We are all the same
as usual only I had another attack of that kind of headache last tuesday
evening that I had that afternoon you left only it was much worser I took
asperin tablets but I no sooner than swallowed them they came back up the pain
got a little easier about 2,30 yesterday morning and after I had coffee It got
all better only it lefs me weak, I feel much better to day so when I get
through writting I am going to put up some apples. F.O. and Annie came out 2 a
3 evenings espesial to find out if we had heard from you so if they come out
this evening they will be glad to hear you got home to Berkeley all safe.
I
could not help but lauph when I read in your letter about the condition your
hair was in and I wonder if the barber could fix it tell me what Floyd and the
folks said when the saw your hair was cut. Did Mrs Martin like to see you with
your hair cut? I went to church last Sunday. afternoon we had Relif Sosity
conference here so a lot of the Stake board was out from town we had a fairly
good turn out from our own ward and a pretty good meeting. I recived a letter
last sarturday from Audrey and she is not at all well she got the gall stone
wich followed the oparation of apencitis she been sick all summer the dear little
girl she also wrote Verna a very sweet letter she is still a very religious
little girl I can tell from the way she writes. Pher Wilhelm been out to
Charlie Nyman this morning mebe sister Nyman worse I think I shall go and see
her to morrow. I found a few pisis and the pattern of my dress in under the
sewing machine box Do you want me to send it to you tell me if you do and I
shall send it by mail.
Do
you think that you will or can go down to see Minnies children? if you do give
them a big bear hug and a x for me. I am baking bread and I wonder if you can
smell fresh bread in this paper. I have no news to write to you about as I have
wrote about all I know in Graces letter so you can read each others letter that
comes to you from your Mumsie or Muffie I dont exactly know the rigth petname
as I dont hear it very often I guess I better close or I will miss the mailman,
plaese when you write do not say you are fine if you are sick but plaese tell
