alrigth I shall write to him also this afternoon. I know I am behind answering
your letters but I shall answer all I can and as fast as I can, yeas we got
good sleighing here and it is still snowing to day so I suppose when it now
clears up we will have some real cold weather the young folks the sure enjoy to

p m sleighriding the go up above the Kings and starts down and their scooners
takes them clear down beldow Wurstains you ougth to hear them hurrah and lauph.
There is
much sickness in our ward and in every other Wards and places theere were 11
houses plaged and quarantine the day before yesterday for measels here in N.
Logan it is a mild measel this time as there is not so many paticenents [sic]
in bed but they are not dumpish and hangs around I am sorry to tell you tho
that Grace is sick in bed having the measels Gus came down last Monday I belive
he come for me to go up theere but as your Dad is and was so poorly I could not
leave him Gus said she was broke out some thing awful. I called her up
yesterday morning she came to the Phone and I talked to her she said she got a
nurse her name is Irene Grace been in bed sick since last sarturday I
could hear she was weak so I did not talk toher only for 25¢ worth as I was
afraid she get cold she said if she could she would write last evening and so I
would hear from her this afternoon you know I have disscover that Grace is not
very strong and can not work hard like she does without getting sick and that
is the only way she can get a rest is to be sick, that just to be my luck to. how
funny tho the children Dallie and Irene been both exposed from school and have
not been sick but mebe they have had the measels in such mild from that it
could not be noticed and have run around as it is lots of them kind of cases I
guess Grace got the measels rigth. It is so much so that theere is always
something.
