I can not tell what is the matter with me so mebe so Grace will and can tell you. I sure feel queer but I got no pain since my hands and arms got to look better but the skin feels rouph yet

you ask if I hear from Joe and Abie, O yeas I hear from them real often I think Joe is at S.F. [San Francisco] now. I am enclosing a letter so when you read it you will be surprised, when I got it I said to myself I wonder what next that boy will try I have not answered this letter I been and am to sick and then Grace and I thaugth [thought] mebe Joe will say something about it when he writes as I suppose he seen Arthur while he been or is at San Fransisco. Abie writes real often but do you know he never mention to any of us he got married, the[y] have sent us some S.F. News Papers and in them we found a letter from this woman I say woman as I dont think she is a young girl that letter was from her to Arthur and been mislaid among them News Papers Grace read it and she said it reads funny so if you ask Grace she can tell you what she thinks about it.

Grace and I made the sweetest little quilt while she was here for the expeckted little one and she got the cutest little pillow to match the quilt. Gus and Grace are sure making the best of preparations for that baby Gus calls it Pete. Grace got a little sore at me for telling you about the baby shower I do not know why I did not knew it were wrong a week ago the Peterson family stopped outside our gate Ester came in so I walked out to the car theere were Br and sister Peterson and Annie the chaiddour [?] and Esters baby and O dear Esters baby is the biggest baby I have ever seen but poor Ester you can not tell it is her only by her eyes she is so thin they all asked for you and so I told them Ester been in Logan all summer but she said she would soon go to Cedar City now.

Im sure thankful to hear Mrs White is so well I know it makes Floyd and you feel well paid for your effort. I knew when I read you were chose from 50 woman or persons for that work you are doing that you had prayed about it to your Heavenly Father, how funny any way to chose a Utah girl who generally are put to one aside, F.O. are awful buissy [busy] every day working on the thresher he does not make any complain about his ear they are all well little Buddie is beginning to talk he points at me and calls me Bo Bo and then he smiles,

Grace is feeling pretty good and lookg [looking] O so fine you could not tell how close she is to be sick by looking at her I hope I will get well before she get sick.

A thousand times thanks for the $3 you sent us and for everything you done and do for us and thanks for the little kisses you added at the bottom of your letter. I wonder why Floyd dont write a word or two to us in your letter we must of offended him in some way when he were here, Best wishes and love to Floyd and to yourself from Ma Peterson.
