My dear daugther Lovis,
It is
almost mailman time I want my girls to hear from me by nesct Sarturday so I
shall write a few lines to each of you your welcome letter been rec and I or we
rather was very glad to hear from you, we got the roll of Papers yesterday and
we thank you ever so much. I hope Floyd is all well now as it is no fun to be
sick it makes it hard all around. I wonder if all the Navy have left San
Fransisco now I know the Idaho
was to leave yesterday and I wonder how Joe fell about going this time plaese
tell me when you write nesct time.
last
sarturday nigth we had a firce electric storm and a big rain the rain was very
welcome as the ground begun to be very dry. no damage was done by the storm as
far as I have heard. We got nice and warm weather here now and the leaves on
the trees is comming out or is out already to give shed. Mebe so it vont be
long before you will have company as Professor Israelson is leaving here nesct
Sunday for Berkeley .
The womans
is going down to Old Lady Larson this afternoon it is her birthday to day but I
dont feel like going down theere I that I rather if I can go and see Gladys and
Vanda Gladys and baby is here on a visit and I like to see her baby, and Vanda
is home escpeckting to be sick, I like you to tell me all about Joes visit with
you and what kind of a time you all had did Grace get nerveous going across the
bay in the boat to the Shipp did you watched the color of her eyes, I like to
have Watched her, or mebe she did not get to go.
I wonder
how you are by now. I hope you are are well give my best Love to Floyd and to

P.S. Your Dad is laying down this afternoon he dont feel at
all well I wish he would see a Dr mebe he could give him some thing that would
help him I like for him to get administered unto but he says theere is no one
here that can minister unto him so I do not know what to do I get so nerveous
to wath him and to hear him groan in his sleep and the way he now cauphs it
makes him very weak It looks as if he
has a tempature this after noon, I wish you could convince him to go and see a
Dr, sister Ormond has hart trouble as you know and she says the Drs medecine is
helping her considerable by by baby dear. Give my love to my dear Pet Grace.
