My dear Lovis,

            It has now been sometime since I or we have heard from you we sincerly hope you are well, no doubt off mine but what you are sore at me but as this it the day off the week I generally have wrote to you I thaugth I just write a few lines now and write more after I hear from you. It is sure strange that we dont neither see or hear any more off the Johnson family Your Dad and I are both waiting to hear from them but they sure keeps us a guessing.

            I got a letter from Mrs Arthur a few days ago and she sends you and Dr White her best regards and asks me to send you her addrass if you plaese will send her Anna Fayes neckless that she left at your place at the last time she was theere.

            Well dear Lovis plaese dont be sore at me as it will make me feel very bad and as I got things before to worrie about so if you are sore at me now to that will be or make it so much worse plaese write and let us know how you are and how you are getting along.
