My dear Baby Lovis
I am sorry you vont hear from me when
you expeckts I was called to Preston last Monday and there were I am now Grace
was very ill but feels much better to day Grace had the Dr and he said she had
the flu but I dont belive it because she would not show sign of recovery now
she been working to hard and catched cold and needed a rest and I guess The
only way for her to get a rest is to get sick last Tuesday her fever were high
but it normal this evening she also had a good dose of tonsilitis I have looked
for a change to write to you be 4 but have failed this house is not a spirit of
writting wich you already know all the rest of us are well, but I guess it vont
last long as Annie expeckt to get sick on the 13 or 14 of this mounth your Dad
is as usual he was at the voting boot down home all day last Monday and had not
come back when I left so I wrote a note and left it on the table so he could
know where I had vent I hope you and Floyd are well. I will write soon again Do
not worrie Grace feels much better she have eaten a little to day she was sure
very ill last Monday and Tuesday I dont know how soon I can leave Grace but
when you write addrass the better home. the buisness here is sure find, the
weather is still lovely.
I guess there is a letter from you down
home. I wish your Dad would mail it here to me.
