My dearest Lovis it is now 2 p m your Dad just went to
Logan and he said for me to write and tell you he got home allrigth and that he
is very disspleased about things around here and that he wished he had put the
ticket in the stove rather then to go back here on it this above dont speak
very good for me so I feel very sorry.
I thank
you a hundred thousend times for what you sent to me and I pray that God will bless
you and all of you for your kindness to me. I also thank you for the welcome
letter I am glad to hear you are all as well as you are and I hope you will now
have good health so you can enjoy life. I have written to Grace this morning
and so you can read her letter and you let her read yours as when I write I
mean to say to you both as if it was to just one. your Dad say that as soon as
he got of[f] the train at Ogden he could feel the cold air and he felt it
rather hard for him to brathe [breathe] and so he is now almost back in the
same condition of health as he was when he left here last Dec but I think when
the weather gets a little warmer that he will feel better, theere is now a cold
wind blowing and it is penetrating and bad on a person like your Dad.
I will
ask you if you plaese will tell me what kind of seed it is you sent? I got our
so called flower garden all raked of and the piona and other flowers are
peeping out of the ground, When I cleaned out the chicken coop I hauled it out
in an old tub on a sleigh while it was still snow on the gournd and I put it on
the flower garden so to I guess it will help to soften up the ground so the
flower can grow getter.
I will
now close with much love and wishing you all the happyness in the world
your
are Mothers baby and I am babys Mother
